If an item does not fully respond to your expectations and it meets all of the following conditions, contact us by email info@mjroses.ca after reading terms and conditions below. Please make sure to have your invoice in hand before calling us.
Terms and conditions
Report your desire to get an exchange within 5 days following the reception of your order or the exchange will be denied.
Non-Exchangable Products
We are sorry that we are unable to offer an exchange for the following items: custom made orders with no deffects.
Note that any damaged items following an abusive or incorrect usage cannot be exchanged.
Take note that all modified or transformed items cannot be exchanged.
Invoice
Before MJ Eternal Roses can process your request for your exchange, you need to send us an email to info@mjroses.ca with your request and a copy of your invoice in attachment. One of our customer service agent will get back to you with the procedure.
The terms and conditions of this policy may change without prior notice. The terms and conditions of this policy may have been translated, in case of dispute in regards to the interpretation, the French version of the policy will prevail.

Produits non retournables
Nous sommes désolés de ne pas pouvoir vous proposer l’échange des articles suivants : produits personnalisés sans aucun défaut de manufacture.
Prenez note que tous les articles modifiés ou transformés ne peuvent être échangés.
Notez que tout article endommagé suite à une utilisation abusive ou incorrecte ne pourra être ni repris ni échangé.
